Apprentices who are undertaking this framework have to be employed in this sector area and working preferably in full time employment in a role that involves a degree of accounting or financial administration work.
The aim of this apprenticeship framework is to provide employers in the public, private and not for profit sectors with a skilled and competent workforce who can support the accounting and financial functions within an organisation helping to make it more efficient and productive.
An Apprenticeship in Accounting allows trainees to develop their skills and knowledge while gaining real experience of working on a range of different accounting and financial administration duties.
