Intermediate (level 2) and Advanced (level 3)

Increased activity in the building industry has seen an increased demand for skilled plasterers. Apprenticeships provide the opportunity to meet this demand. Carlisle College can offer this type of training to a high standard through day release, off the job training and in support of the valuable on site experience. The key elements of the course include the following modules.

An apprenticeship in construction follows a pattern of vocational training to meet the requirements of a Construction Skills’ approved framework.  This enables development in skills and knowledge which is then demonstrated and evidenced in a real construction environment.
