This area of the College covers all aspects of technology around electrical, plumbing, heating and renewable energy provision.

Students from these courses progress into apprenticeships or employment in companies designing, installing, maintaining and testing all aspects of technical services in buildings. This work can be as small as repairing a leaking tap, to installing the complete heating system for hospital or large factory. As energy costs increase employment in this area looks set to be secure and interesting for years to come.
