Full Time Applications
The Application process for Full Time Courses at Carlisle College
You can drop your Application form into the College or post it to:
Student Support Services, Carlisle College, FREEPOST (CE 637), Victoria Place, Carlisle, CA1 1BR.
You can apply online by selecting your course here.
Within 5 working days of submitting your application we will let you know we have received it.
Within 8 weeks you will receive a date for your interview. These are usually held between March to August.
Parents and carers are welcome to attend your interview.
Interviews and Assessments
You will receive an unconditional offer, or a conditional offer, which will be subject to the outcome of your exam results.
Some courses have additional entry requirements to GCSE results, such as a CRB check if you will be working with young children .
Your Exam Results
If you have a conditional offer based on your exam results you will need to bring your original Exam Certificates to College with you. Your grades may be better or worse than you had expected - whatever the case we will make sure you are enrolled on the most appropriate course.
Start Date and Induction
You will receive a letter in August about starting College. To see term dates click here.
During induction you will get to know the College, your course tutor and other students on the same course.

Extra Activities
Extra activities offered by the College are optional. These include Sports, Student Council, volunteering, trips to University open days, theme parks and lots more.
