Oyster is our own first-class restaurant staffed and run by students. We're open Thursday and Friday lunchtimes and Tuesday and Thursday evenings for dinner, including Themed evenings, Budding Chefs as well as charitable and other special events throughout the year. Why not meet your friends here for a meal - but you’ll need to book in advance, our reputation has spread throughout the Carlisle district!

For the new season we have put together an exciting programme for the year. Come and try our renowned meals and wines while we do our very best to pamper you. At Oyster we take pride in offering food to enjoy at prices you can't argue with!

Oyster is open for lunch, light lunch - Thursday and Friday.

Dinner - Tuesday and Thursday.

Themed evenings, Budding Chefs dinners, Gourmet evenings, Charitable events, Christmas lunches and Christmas dinners.
