University of Cumbria and Carlisle College staff join forces for student advice session

Further education staff from the University of Cumbria's Brampton Road campus will join forces with Carlisle College staff for a student advice session this week.

Potential students and their parents will be able to find out more about the wide range of courses that will be on offer at the college as well as showcasing the courses that will be available from the University's Brampton Road campus from September this year.

Staff from both institutions will be on hand to answer any questions potential students may have.  They can even sign up for courses there and then. Anyone wanting to view the facilities at Victoria Place can do so and they can also learn about the fantastic facilities they will have access to at the university's Brampton Road campus.

Carlisle College Principal Moira Tattersall commented:

“Our Advice Sessions are always very popular. They are a great opportunity for potential students and their parents to find out more about the opportunities offered by the College. We have some exciting new courses on offer from September including Forensic Science, Art and Design, Music, Performing Arts and Media Production. I am looking forward to welcoming the staff from Brampton Road to our Victoria Road Campus on Thursday.“
