Oyster is our own first-class restaurant which is staffed and run by students.
We are open on selected dates for evening dinners from November to May. Why not meet your friends at Oyster Bistro - but you'll need to book in advance, our reputation has spread throughout the Carlisle district!

For the new season we have put together an exciting programme. Come and try our renowned meals and wines while we do our very best to pamper you.
