The Cisco Certified Support Technician (CCST) course gives you a strong foundation in IT support, networking and troubleshooting, essential skills for any entry-level IT role.

The program is designed for aspiring IT Support Technicians, those looking to formalise their skills or considering a new career in technology. This program is delivered on a part time basis in our industry specification network lab. There is an element of independent study -based learning alongside the course of around 3 hours per week. This course is ideal if you are looking to expand career options into cloud-based roles often required for roles in IT environments.

This program is delivered over 6 engaging, Thursday afternoon sessions, making it ideal for:

Entry requirements

GCSEs including Maths and English at grade 4 (or equivalent experience).
Some prior knowledge of computer network basics
A pre-course meeting with our teaching team, including a diagnostic assessment, will ensure the course is the right fit for you.

Upon successful completion of this, you will receive Cisco Certified Support Technician.
