Criminology and Psychology

New for 2026 we are offering a Level 2 and Level 3 vocational qualification designed to provide you with foundational knowledge and skills in the legal field, preparing you for further education or careers in law and related sectors. Register your interest now.

As part of your studies you will learn about the distinction between criminal and civil law, and the way in which both civil and criminal justice operates in England and Wales. This will involve following the processes in both a criminal and a civil case, which will highlight areas of importance, such as bail, and the necessity to make a case.
