Apprenticeship Description
Role Purpose
- To provide a high standard of administrative support to ensure that the Partner’s relationships with their clients can be optimised.
- To assist with the daily operation of the office.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Client & Customer Support:
· Act as a first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and written correspondence
· Provide professional, accurate, and timely responses to customer enquiries
· Maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
· Handle sensitive and confidential information in line with GDPR and company policies
Financial Administration & Business Processing:
· Process financial documentation accurately, including applications, amendments, and transaction
· Maintain and update client records using financial services systems and databases
· Support the preparation of reports, valuations, statements, and policy documentation
· Conduct checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements
Business & Team Support:
· Support advisers, paraplanners, and managers with administrative tasks
· Manage diaries, meetings, and workflow queues where required
· Prioritise and manage workload effectively to meet service level agreements (SLAs)
· Work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to continuous improvement
Apprentice Development:
· Actively engage with apprenticeship training, assessments, and reviews.
· Develop knowledge, skills, and behaviours in line with the Level 3 standard
· Apply learning to the role, demonstrating increasing independence over time
· Maintain required portfolio evidence and prepare for End-Point Assessment
Person Specification
Knowledge and experience:
· Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages
· Comfortable with learning/using electronic (client) data systems
Skills:
· Accurate data entry and attention to detail
· Effective written and verbal communication
· Time management and prioritisation
· IT literacy, including Microsoft Office and financial systems
· Problem-solving and decision-making within defined limits

Entry Requirements
Maths & English GCSE grade 4 / C or equivalent qualification
