Apprenticeship Description
Business Administration Apprentice will support daily operations, engages with customers, and develops essential administrative skills while working towards a Level 3 qualification.
Overview of the Role
Business Administration Apprentice will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business. This position is designed for an individual looking to gain practical experience while pursuing a qualification in business administration. The apprentice will work under the supervision of experienced staff in various disciplines, contributing to various administrative tasks across different sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, maintaining records, and organizing files.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with internal and external customers, responding to inquiries and providing information as needed.
- Data Management: Update and maintain databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with different departments to support various business functions and projects.
- Problem Solving: Identify issues and propose solutions to improve administrative processes and efficiency.
- Skill Development: Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills in areas such as communication, IT, and project management.

9am – 5pm Monday to Friday

Entry Requirements
Maths & English GCSE grade 4 / C or equivalent qualification
