Apprenticeship Description
NXT Recruitment is a proactive and people focused recruitment agency based in Carlisle, supporting businesses across Cumbria and the surrounding areas with temporary, permanent, and specialist recruitment solutions. We work closely with local employers to understand their needs and connect them with reliable, high-quality candidates across sectors including industrial, commercial, engineering, legal, and professional services. Our approach is built on strong relationships, honest communication, and tailored support for both clients and candidates.
Description of position
• Meeting and greeting candidates and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Supporting the recruitment team with day-to-day administrative tasks
• Updating candidate and client records on the recruitment system
• Attending networking events and representing NXT Recruitment
• Speaking with candidates to gather information and arrange interviews
• Assisting with job adverts, social media posts, and candidate searches
• Building strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Providing excellent customer service and office support throughout the recruitment process

Entry Requirements
GCSE Maths & English Grade 4/C or Functional Skills Level 2
