Job Purpose
To smoothly facilitate landlords, tenants, sellers and buyers through the process of letting, tenanting, selling and buying a property, whilst providing a level of customer service in accordance with Company Service Standards and legislative requirements.
Principal Accountabilities
1. Provide a high level of service at all times to clients and customers.
2. Ensure all external/internal communications are dealt with promptly and are clearly documented in accordance with regional procedures.
3. Fully qualify all potential customers (landlords and tenants) using agreed documentation and procedures.
4. To carry out reasonable duties as directed by line management.
5. Attract new listings by proactively seeking free market appraisals in accordance with branch procedures.
6. Maintain at least weekly contact landlords to provide details of the progress being made in letting their properties.
7. On acquisition of new rental properties, liaise with Commercial Director, study property details and photos in order to commence a prospective tenant find.
8. Provide property details to potential tenants and buyers and ensure properties are matched as closely as possible to the established needs of potential tenants and purchasers.
9. On finding a new tenant, complete tenancy application and fee guide.
10. Input and keep CRM system updated with client details.
11. Set move in dates and diarise accordingly for tenants, inform Landlords and keep colleagues updated.
Knowledge/Experience/Qualifications/Skills
· Maths & English GCSE grade 4 / C or equivalent qualification
· Knowledge of local area, marketplace and house-renting / buying process
· Knowledge of property construction and defects

£9 per hour set for 18 months paid monthly
Monday – Friday 08:30-17:00. 30 minute lunch break Periodic Saturdays during training
Skills Required
- A keen eye for detail, computer literate, ability to spell, a good grasp of arithmetic. Confident speaking face to face and over the phone.
Personal Qualities
- Organised, out-going personality, mannerly. A willingness to listen, apply and learn.
Maths & English GCSE grade 4 / C or equivalent qualification
