Key Responsibilities
We are looking for an ICT Apprentice to join our team and support our customers with main duties that include assisting our team of office-based Helpdesk Engineers in fault rectification via remote services, troubleshooting and diagnosing customer server backup faults, maintaining, troubleshooting and diagnosing issues reported by our Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) solution, hardware and software vulnerability remediation and other routine maintenance tasks. In addition to the above, you may also be responsible for aiding our team of Field Engineers on occasional 2-man installations as and when required.
Skills Required
Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills as you will be dealing with customers in all positions from board level downwards.
Personal Qualities
Analytical thinking and be able to demonstrate a problem-solving mindset. Organised, focused and accurate. Ability to work within a team as well as independently. The candidate must be well-presented and have good written and verbal English skills.
Working Week
Monday to Friday 08.30am – 5pm
Entry Requirements
Maths & English GCSE grade 4 / C or equivalent qualification.
