We are a modern accountancy practice who work with businesses predominantly based in the North of England and Southern Scotland.

We are specialists in cloud accounting and taxation and are Gold Xero Partners and Platinum Dext partners.

We offer a range of services to clients including accounts preparation, VAT, payroll, business strategy and development advice.

The role offers the opportunity to train to become an accounts assistant trained by AAT qualified and ACA qualified individuals.

The role will give a fantastic insight into how local businesses are run.  You will be involved in the production of accounts for businesses in a variety of sectors, preparing VAT Returns and other financial information.

As you develop in the role you will become a contact for business owners and will gain experience discussing their business affairs in a professional manner.

We never hire an apprentice unless there is a role for them at the end of their apprenticeship.  You will have the opportunity to continue to learn after the completion of your AAT qualification.

Standard hours – 37.5 hours per week.

Monday to Friday 8:30 – 5:00 with 1-hour unpaid lunch break.
