The specialism is designed to support business functions through a range of technology, business environment, project management, finance, teamwork, and management.
Students will learn;

- Finance: financial contexts that organisations operate within.

Upon successful completion of this, you will receive a City & Guilds L3 T Level Technical Qualification in Management and Administration: Business Support.
Extra Studies:Development of Maths, English and Digital Skills are embedded throughout the occupational specialism content.
The course is taught through a wide range of methods which enable opportunities for learners to develop their knowledge skills and behaviours for success. Practical sessions, Case studies, Projects, Observation, Role play, Lectures
Learners are continually assessed at point throughout the year via a range of assessment opportunities. External exams, Written assignments, Practical observations, Employer-led projects. You will be assessed through two externally set exams covering knowledge from the management and administration core components. One employer-set project from the core component and one year long external occupational specialism assessment that features a considerable practical element.
- 5 GCSEs’ including Maths and English at grade 5 or above.
- You will also be invited to meet our teaching team before starting the course to participate in a diagnostic assessment which will ensure the course is the right fit for you.
Upon successful completion of this course, you could progress to a university degree. You can earn up to 168 UCAS points which you could access most university courses, you could also access higher level apprenticeship for example in Business admin, Accounting, HR, Quality, Management or employment within any organisation
