ESOL Functional Skills in English – Level 2

This course runs at various points throughout the year.

You will be notified of the next available start date once you have submitted your application.

• There are no formal entry requirements, but an initial assessment will be carried out to assess the level you are currently working at, and to determine your suitability for the course.

Upon successful completion of this course you will achieve a Pearson Edexcel Level 2 Adults Functional Skills Qualification in English.

• Listening and speaking unit
• Reading unit
• Grammar and vocabulary unit
• Writing unit

One week long intensive course in college.  
 
You will have access to an online learning platform. 

• External exams in reading and writing
• In-class speaking and listening assessment

Upon successful completion of the course you could continue onto a higher-level course (Access) or a GCSE.
