Our Hospitality and Catering students have hosted a series of Budding Chefs Night.
The College Oyster Bistro kitchen was open to the public on various nights throughout the past 3 months for students to showcase their amazing talents with different tasting menus on each of the nights. Each of the nights had a fantastic atmosphere, and the delicious tasting menu was enjoyed by everyone. From imaginative canapes, flavourful halibut and tasty Lakeland beef to a scrumptious Beef Wellington, lovely cheesecake and a warm chocolate brownie, each night was certainly a feast!
We hold many budding chef nights throughout the academic year to allow our students to put their skills and expertise to the test, in a real-life hospitality and catering setting. Keep an eye on our social media to find out when the next budding chefs will be!
