Enrolment

Apply for a course now to secure your place and begin your enrolment at Carlisle College.

If you have already applied and been offered a place on a course, please check your emails for your enrolment time slot. Please attend on the date/time you have been given.

 

What are the dates of enrolment?

Enrolment will take place at Carlisle College between Monday 18th August – Friday 29th August.
You will be invited to college to complete your enrolment.

 

  • Monday 18th August: 9.30am – 5pm (Adult Enrolment)
  • Tuesday 29th August: 9.30am – 5pm (Adult Enrolment)
  • Wednesday 20th August: 9.30am – 5pm (Adult Enrolment)
  • Thursday 21st August: 10am – 5pm
  • Friday 22nd August: 9.30am – 5pm
  • Monday 25th August: CLOSED (Bank Holiday)
  • Tuesday 26th August: 9.30am – 5pm
  • Wednesday 27th August: 9.30am – 5pm
  • Thursday 28th August: 9.30am – 5pm
  • Friday 29th August: 9.30am – 4pm

 

What to Bring

When you come to your enrolment appointment, please remember to bring with you:

  • Your results or proof of qualifications
  • ID (this can be birth certificate, passport, driver’s or provisional licence, bank card or photographic student ID for returning students)
  • National Insurance Number (if known)
  • Proof of address (this can be a utility bill or bank statement)
  • Right to Study documents

 

If you are aged 19+ you will need to provide the means to pay for your course or proof of evidence to waive fees.

Without these we won’t be able to fully enrol you onto your chosen course.

Do I Need to Wait for My GCSE Results?

You can submit an application before you get your GCSE results, but you will need to wait until you have received these results to complete your enrolment at the college. GCSE results day is Thursday 21st August.

Welcome Packs
