Electrical Installation – Level 2

• 5 GCSEs at grade 3 (D) and above including English, maths and science at grade 3 (D) or above

Scottish equivalent

• 3 National 5s at grade D and above including English and Maths/Applications of Maths

Upon successful completion of this course you will achieve a Level 2 Technical Certificate in Electrical Installation.

• Practical synoptic assessment
• Theory assessment

You will be required to complete a work placement within the sector (minimum of 1 day per week) 

Maths and English are embedded in the programme incorporating report writing and calculations for design.

Upon successful completion of this course, you could progress onto a Level 3 in electrical installation course or an apprenticeship in electrical installation.
