• 5 GCSEs at grade 4 (C) and above, including English, maths, and preferably a performing arts subject

or

• A Level 2 vocational qualification at least a Merit including English and maths at grade 4 or Scottish equivalent
• You will be expected to attend and complete a successful audition.

Upon successful completion of this course, you will receive a Pass, Merit or Distinction in Level 3 Diploma in Performing and Production Arts.

Our tutors and work experience team will support you to find work experience opportunities.

We will support you to develop your English and maths skills during this course. Basic English and maths is essential for working performers as you will need to conduct research into your character, communicating choreography, writing and reading scripts, and work on vocal skills and learn music notation.

Upon successful completion of this course you could progress onto 2nd year - Top up your qualification to the L3 Extended Diploma in Performing Arts.
