The Pre-Internship programme, run on site, is designed to build students’ confidence and employability skills through practical experience in real workplace environments. This unique programme allows learners to take part in meaningful, structured activities that mirror everyday work tasks, helping them prepare for future employment. Students gain hands-on experience in our “Print Room,” where they complete administrative tasks such as printing, organising documents, and managing basic office duties, developing strong organisational and time-management skills. In addition, they contribute to our BrewQue delivery service, where they support the preparation and delivery process, building skills in teamwork, communication, and customer service. By engaging in these realistic work scenarios, students develop professionalism, responsibility, and the confidence needed to succeed in the workplace.
