Our award-winning hospitality and catering department offers a diverse range of opportunities to kickstart your career within this exciting, fast-paced industry. In addition to managing and running our college kitchens, you will have the opportunity to put your learning into practice in other environments on our extensive work experience programme.
You will learn in the Oyster Bistro, our college restaurant which is open to the public. The Oyster Bistro boasts a professional kitchen which provides the platform for students to demonstrate and develop their skills, talent and creativity to a wide and varied audience.
Our professional tutors will encourage you to develop your skills encompassing all industry sectors from industrial catering through to fine dining. We also offer excellent opportunities via our links to local, regional and national employers.
