Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools – Level 3

• GCSEs grade 4 (C) and above in English and maths or equivalent
• Clear enhanced Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check
• Substantial previous experience within a school
• Two references
• Students are required to find their own placements

Upon successful completion of this course, you will achieve a Level 3 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning.

The course will be delivered on a half-day session per week.

Students are required to find their own placement and complete a minimum of 120 hours placement in either a Primary or Secondary School.  

There is not a requirement to have an English / Maths GCSE however learners may be encouraged to work on additional Maths and English to help with employment opportunities, and this will be discussed with learners individually. 

On successful completion of this course, you can progress into employment. Employment routes can be found through;
