Enrolment at Carlisle College - T-Levels
If you have already applied and accepted your place at Carlisle College you will receive a letter inviting you to an enrolment appointment in August.
These sessions begin from Monday 21st August for age 19+ learners.
Learners aged 16 – 18 will be invited in from Thursday 24th August.
At your appointment, you will meet your tutors and complete your enrolment. This is a great opportunity to ask any questions you may have before starting your course.
You will also have the opportunity to speak with the learning support teams and finance teams to discuss any funding queries you may have.
We strongly advise that you attend your appointment (ideally alone), so that we are able to complete your enrolment efficiently.
When you come to your enrolment session please remember to bring with you:
- Your results or proof of qualifications
- ID (One of the following will be accepted: birth certificate, passport, driver's or provisional licence, bank card or photographic student ID for returning students)
- National Insurance number (if known)
- If you are aged 19+, you will need to provide the means to pay for your course or proof of evidence to waive fees. For example, a current benefits letter or Adult Learner Loan application if studying Level 3
Without these we won't be able to fully enrol you onto your chosen course.
Term will begin the week commencing Monday 4th September; however, you will be given your start date and first weeks’ timetable when you attend your enrolment session.
If you are unable to attend your enrolment session you will be invited in during our clearance day on Friday 1st September. Late enrolment sessions will also take place during September. Please note, you will not be able to start college until you are fully enrolled.
We look forward to seeing you soon, and wish you all the best for your time at Carlise College.
